Reiza Dejito is physical therapist and an alumna of the Siliman University. She's now working as a humanitarian worker for Humanity and Inclusion as Program Director for Nepal, India and Sri Lanka.
We talked about how she started in volunteer work before ending up with Humanity and Inclusion (formerly Handicap International). She discussed challenges humanitarian workers face in their daily practice as well as their lives. She also shared her motivations in continuing in her work as well as the lessons and advice she wants to impart to others who would like to be in the humanitarian aid scene. Now let's go on with the conversation.
