She also discussed management strategies for people who experience symptoms of Long COVID specifically STOP. REST. PACE. She also shared her personal experience in having COVID and feeling the effects of Long COVID. Lastly, she talked about the story of Long COVID Physio, international peer support, education, and advocacy group of physiotherapists living with Long COVID and allies.

Daria Oller, PT, DPT, ATC earned her BS in Athletic Training from James Madison University in 2006 and her DPT from Seton Hall University in 2010. She works at Pro-Activity in Lebanon, New Jersey in both an outpatient clinical setting specializing in treating dancers and athletes, and on-site with employer clients specializing in prevention and health promotion. She has previously conducted research examining youth sport injury and illness epidemiology at Penn State Sport Camps. Daria contracted COVID-19 in March 2020, and continues to lives with symptoms. She is a founding member of Long COVID Physio, where she serves as a Co-Director of Education. She is also a member of the APTANJ Long COVID Task Force.
